User Association
Our patients can become members of the user association to ensure the quality of our care and the defense of patients’ rights.
What is a user association?
It is a group comprised of patients who use the services of Clínica del Campestre based on their affiliation system (insurance policies, prepaid medicine, and private) to oversee the quality of service and advocate for the user.
Functions of the User Association
- Attend trainings and meetings scheduled by the Association and the Clinic.
- Gather suggestions, recommendations, concerns, and requests from users, conveyed through their representatives, regarding customer service and the quality of care provided by the Clinic.
- Propose ideas to improve the quality of healthcare services, supporting user rights and in compliance with their responsibilities.
- Formulate proposals to the Clinic’s management to be presented to the Board of Directors.
